Event Registration - Peri-implant Disease: Definition, Etiology and Treatment

The lecture will begin with an overview of the different types of peri-implant disease, including peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis. The course will discuss the etiology and pathogenesis of these diseases, including the role of bacterial plaque and other risk factors associated with peri-implant disease. Prevention strategies for peri-implant disease will be discussed, including the importance of patient education and maintenance. The course will also discuss the various treatment options available for peri-implant disease. Upon completion of this course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to diagnose and manage peri-implant disease in their clinical practice, ultimately leading to improved patient outcomes and implant success rates.
