Dr. Sanderson maintains a full time private practice in Birmingham Alabama where he has practiced for 20 years. Dr. Sanderson has an average of 8 to 10 New Patients per month which allows him to have an opportunity to develop long term relationships and goals with his patients His practice is primarily a restorative practice yet he has always seen children with the idea in mind that if he can get their attention early enough then they may never need the restorative treatment he could do for them. Dr. Sanderson feels very fortunate that his turnover rate of employees has become very low over the past 10 years. This allows him to concentrate on growing his staff members more and also allows them in turn to be in a better position to help educate the patients as needed.
